Where to begin? Our experience was nothing short of incredible with Gorilla Exterior Co.! Long story short—(I will try)—there were problems that presented themselves at almost every turn, in our journey to secure a new roof for the Reversed Mortgage, hail-damaged roof we were suffering! BUT, Logan took the reins and days of anxiety off our shoulders! He dealt with the reverse mortgage company for countless hours, who wanted us to provide documentation that we felt was extreme. He never wavered, though they were often late with reimbursement checks to Gorilla, and paperwork requested that would blow your mind—he remained calm throughout the “ordeal”, and assured us, over and over, all would be well. And, of course, It was! Now, we have a beautiful new roof from Gorilla Exterior, thanks to the hard work of Logan, project manager Jordan, and a great group of professional roofers! Gorilla Exterior removed our old, hail damaged roof. Damon and Logan met and walked me through each step of inspection and replacement process. They responded to every text, email and phone call and showed understanding and concern for our stressful situation. They were their to meet with me and the adjuster who inspected the roof and the insurance company agreed to compensate. Next, the crew completed the job on time with the utmost respect and courtesy for my home and property. The roof, trim, gutter guards and waste were clean, neat and exceeded all my expectations (loved the accent trim and gutter guards). Logan, Damon and Timmy (crew foreman) kept me informed, updated and calm throughout the process. It was the best experience I could hope for in a major repair.

Great company and a great staff ! They started our roof in the morning and were done by dinner time the same day ! Roof looks amazing and their cleanup was meticulous ! Austin D. was awesome to work with and his customer service was outstanding, guy even fixed a floor lamp bulb for me while he was at it ! Hard working young guy who cares about the work that Gorilla Exteriors does, it’s obvious that Gorilla Exteriors takes pride in their work, highly recommend this company !
